| I don't know why I liked it so much, but I remember racing my little sister through the store to see who could get to the Sweet Tarts first to clean them out (5 or 10 cents a pack if I'm not mistaken). Sometimes I bought Pixy Stix too... but they're still around, not sure about Sweet Tarts, I suspect they are, too. |

Yes, sweet tarts and pixie sticks are still around. But you know, the funny thing is, they sure don't taste as good as they did when I was a kid |

Hehe You're right! I had some as an adult a few years ago and couldn't
for the life of me remember what was so special about them that made me crave both kinds so badly... especially sweet tarts. They'd just make me have a sour face now! |

| How about those rocket suckers. You know the ones that are so pointy my mother always said I would put my eye out eating them. I had one a few years back and YUCK. Pure sugar. I guess as kids thats what we loved about them. |

Nope, those I don't remember. But pure sugar isn't really that bad. I still like cotton candy, for instance! There's one thing that *is* too sweet for me (and my teeth!) and that's maple sugar candy. |
