Hi!
That coffee sounds lovely!
I've been away for a while as well - holidaying over the summer, and then doing other things.
Right now I have a cup of instant coffee in front of me. |

| I'm sorry to say that I couldn't really get into instant coffee. It has to be perked. I even buy my favorite kind of coffee from the shop itself. So it feels like I always have a Tim Horton's coffee sitting in front of me. |

It was very enjoyable! Problem is that I had weaned myself from caffeine some time ago but now find myself craving those special coffees from that market. Ooops! |

| Nothing beats espresso and every city and town have some outlet somewhere, or buy the espresso machine for your home, it'll last for a lifetime. |

| I guess we've got the same type. I love Espresso coffee. It's good to drink it during coffee break in the office. |

I got some Chocolate Truffle coffee for Christmas and I think I'll make myself a pot of that right now. One disappointing thing, though, is that I see it's mostly the aroma that's "gourmet" and not really the coffee itself... Oh well, I'll get used to it, I'm sure. |

| Espresso is the way to go if you had been drinking coffee all your life, especially if you can buy it from the right place. |

I may try this, but in the meantime I'm still enjoying my gourmet coffees. I also have a lot of specialty teas here but I haven't had any of those for a while now. |

| If you talk about gourmet coffee, I believe there is that could last you a lifetime. And if you are doing is as a hobby you might be able to do it when you are in your eighties and enjoy it too. |
