What's your favorite meal on a cold wintry day when the wind is howling and snow is piling up? I like homemade soup for those kinds of days... or comfort food from my past like meatloaf. Yum!

Just so long as there is plenty of hot coffee, I am happy. I think it's salad with brie and garlic bread tonight. Hmmm.

Ummm, that sounds all kind of good! What do you like best in your salads? I think I'm ready for a salad and garlic bread soon, too... tonight's dinner is over no, but there's always tomorrow. Smile I like unusual things my salads sometimes, but mostly just the traditional items and a great dressing.

The homemade soup could be mouthwatering, because you can throw anything in it. It's like homemade gumbo where anything goes.

Well, turnabout is fair play because now you've made ME hungry. Laughing And you mentioned chocolate! My all-time downfall and I'm totally addicted to the stuff!

Yes, that's why I like to make homemade soup, too. If I make a chicken and noodle soup, the ingredients are pretty well set, but with a vegetable soup or stew, I just throw anything in there that I have in the house. Smile
