It was Christmas eve that I first met the man of my dream. It was a love at first sight. I do not believe eversince this line but as I have met him, he made me a great impact. Then, after a couple of months, we decided to get married. The problem is I have only a one-year-visa. So we make as soon as possible my the documents preparation. These papers which are needed for my wedding must be from the Philippines-my native land. It took 6 months to prepare these all. It was not an easy preparation.. that was a great risk for my family in the Philippines.

Short before my visa is expired, I get pregnant and my papers were still under prepation, so we can?t get married. What we did is we ask for visa extension until my papers for wedding came, good, the officer gave my request.

Early in February 14, 2006, I go to the parlor and make myself beautiful for my wedding. It a mix feeling, excitement, sad, happy and I can?t understand what should I do. I was happy because I get married, sad because my guest came from a distance, the weather was not good, getting more and more snow. One hour before my wedding, my sister had called me up, saying, they had car accident. Also, my brother-in-law had the same experience... a car accident.

So we made our vow, without my sister and her family and without my brother-in-law. After the wedding, as we go out from the civil office, my sister came and my husband?s brother. They are all late. We drive to the reception area. On our way, we had also a car accident. The passengers were okey but the car was destroyed.

It was a catastrophe for me. Some said, it was our lucky day. It brings luck in our matrimony.

Do you believe this?

This is such an interesting story. If you wethered all this on your wedding day and your still together, then I would think this would be an omen of your life together. I think you will be able to withstand anything that will come your way. Good luck to both of you.

Thank you kdarell.

Until now, we have not yet encountered such a cruel problem. I think we are meant to each other. Our love is getting hottier everyday.

Gentlemen, handsome, kind or shall I say a 'Perfect Husband'? A seldom attitude to look for a guy today. But this girl made it. Go girl we are proud of you.

There?s no such thing as Perfect husband because I know that no one is perfect. But in some way or another I admitted!

I enjoyed reading your story schatzi. I made a conclusion out of your wedding experience. Love really conquers all things. Your love with each other is so powerful. Trials and hardships can't even destroy your relationship. Goodluck for both of you. I wish for more babies to come. Smile

You are lucky. Sadly, I am single and have not had any long-term relationships. It can be a bit lonely, I'll admit.

Nothing to worry reviewer because you're not alone. I think we both have the same situation nowadays.

Hopefully, it will happen schatzi. In my situation, someone is holding the key to my heart. It's up for him when to open it.
